I will accompany you on a path of discovery. In these instances a combination of Acupuncture and Psychotherapy may be valuable. My skills as a Psychotherapist fosters trust in the inherent wisdom of your body. Distress can often be a pathway to personal growth if we take the time to attend to our bodies. Patience, compassion and curiosity are necessary and this is the space I hold for you. Acupuncture is very useful for emotional distress because pain is felt in your body as symptoms.
